BOGALI BURGER

The Boğalı Burger is our signature — it carries the name of the shop. What makes it the most ambitious item on the menu is not the number of layers but the fact that each one is prepared separately.

The patty is grilled to order. The onions are caramelized slowly, which takes time and is exactly what gives the burger its sweet depth. The pastrami is crisped on a separate grill before it goes on, and the cheddar melts against the heat of the patty. The Paris sauce is our own recipe. It all comes together in a soft brioche bun, with a scoop of fries alongside.

If you are looking for something other than the standard chain-restaurant burger, this is the one to try. It is a generous portion and pairs well with a cold beer or ayran. If you would rather keep it simple, we also serve a classic hamburger and cheeseburger.
