CHEESEBURGER

The cheeseburger is the middle step between the hamburger and the Boğalı Burger. Caramelized onion and melted cheddar go over the grilled patty.

The caramelized onion is what defines it. We cook the onions down slowly, which takes time and gives the burger a sweet depth. The cheddar melts against the heat of the patty and lays a salty layer over that sweetness. In place of the fresh onion, tomato and pickle of the plain hamburger, you get something richer and less fresh-tasting.

What separates it from the Boğalı Burger is the pastrami and the Paris sauce. If you do not want those but find the plain hamburger too bare, this is the one. Served in a brioche bun with fries.
