HAMBURGER

The hamburger is the plainest burger on the menu. Grilled patty, fresh onion, tomato, curly lettuce and pickles — no cheese, no caramelized onion, no special sauce.

The patty is mixed fresh each day and grilled to order, which is true of all three of our burgers. What differs is what goes on top. Here nothing does, so the patty itself is exposed — if it is not a good one, there is nowhere to hide.

It comes in a brioche bun with a scoop of fries. If you want cheese there is the cheeseburger, and if you want everything there is the Boğalı Burger. But if you want to know how a plain burger should taste, start here.
