FRENCH FRIES

Spoon fries already come alongside most of our sandwiches; here you can order them as a separate portion.

The name comes from the cut: thicker and shorter than a standard chip, sized to be eaten with a spoon. That cut keeps the outside crisp while the inside stays soft — thin-cut fries cool and stiffen quickly, while these hold their heat longer.

We fry them to order rather than serving any that have been sitting. They work well for sharing at the table or as an extra alongside your sandwich. Ketchup and mayonnaise come on the side. If you want a fuller platter, take a look at the Beer Basket.
