PATSO WITH CHEDDAR

Patso Cheddarlı is one step up from the plain patso. Cheddar goes onto the hot fries and melts down between them.

The order matters: we add the cheese after the fries are in the bread, not before. That way the cheddar sits on top and works its way down as it melts — mix it in from the start and the fries soften and lose their crunch.

People who like the plain patso but want something more filling usually move to this one. It contains no meat. If you want more still, there is a version with sausage. Price-wise it is comfortably on the affordable side of the menu.
