Yengen is the most crowded sandwich on the menu. Grilled sucuk, boiled sausage and sliced kaşar in the same bread, with pickles and fries alongside.

Sucuk and sausage are not interchangeable — sucuk is spiced and fatty, the sausage is softer and saltier. Together neither one dominates, and you get something layered rather than one-note. The pickles are there to cut through that richness; they are a counterweight, not a garnish.

If you arrive hungry, or cannot decide between things, this is the one. Fair warning: it is a filling item, so think twice before adding a separate portion of fries.
